- (416) 297-1331 - Just call one of our dedicated Customer Service Representatives for direct order entry.
- Electronic Mail - E-mail us directly at orderdesk@glennco.ca (our order desk checks for new orders hourly) or e-mail your Sales Representative directly.
- Internet Availability - Click the "Catalogue" link above or point your browser to shopglennco.net to choose from 18,000 items at our online store.

| DELIVERIES |
For the Greater Toronto Area, Glennco Office Products uses our own trucks, plus a professional courier system for backup. This gives us the flexibility to handle each area's special needs whether it is a unique delivery or shipped into a general receiving area. Glennco Office Products is fully capable of meeting each requirement in a timely and efficient manner.
All orders for stocked products received before
5 p.m. will be shipped the next day free.
For deliveries outside of the Greater Toronto Area, Glennco is partnered with well known national couriers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

| RETURNS |
Glennco Office Products has a standard return policy.- Product Quality and/or Shipping Errors: Glennco will issue credits and reship the correct goods where required. A fax or telephone call to your Customer Service Representative is all you have to do to ensure pick up, delivery and credit notes.
- Special and Custom Orders: Glennco is able to produce custom orders upon request, unfortunately, we are not able to return these types of orders.
